We Know Miami Beach Homes

Miami Beach's Art Deco and MiMo-era buildings are protected, particular, and worth the effort. Interior renovations here thread historic-preservation sensibilities with modern waterproofing, electrical capacity, and moisture management — the invisible work that decides whether a beach-side renovation lasts five years or fifty.

On the bay side, Normandy Isles and the La Gorce corridor carry classic waterfront scopes: dock repair and replacement, composite decks over salt-sprayed seawalls, and pool remodels where the finish has to shrug off both UV and salt chlorination. Marine-grade hardware and HVHZ engineering aren't upgrades on our proposals — they're the baseline.

Neighborhoods & Nearby Areas We Serve

Island work is our specialty here. On the Venetian Islands, Sunset Islands, La Gorce Island, and Indian Creek, dock and deck construction runs alongside luxury renovations; Biscayne Point and Normandy Isles bring classic bay-front dock repair and pool remodels. We also serve Surfside, Bal Harbour, Bay Harbor Islands, and North Bay Village.

The HVHZ Baseline in Miami Beach

Miami-Dade County wrote the book on hurricane construction — literally. After Hurricane Andrew, the county created the product-approval system that became the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ) provisions of the Florida Building Code. Anything structural we install here — impact openings, roofing systems, screen enclosures, waterfront structures — must carry a current Miami-Dade Notice of Acceptance (NOA), and inspectors check the work against the NOA's engineering details. It's the toughest standard in the country, and it's the only way we build.
