Condo & Home Renovation Contractor in Aventura
Aventura is condo country — towers along Country Club Drive, waterfront units on Dumfoundling Bay, and townhomes tucked behind the golf courses. Atlantic Build Group is headquartered minutes away in north Miami-Dade, and condo and home renovations here are a core part of our week: kitchens, baths, flooring, paint, and everything the association needs documented.

Condo renovation in Aventura is a paperwork sport as much as a construction one: association approvals, insurance certificates, elevator reservations, working-hours rules, and Miami-Dade permits with NOA-approved products for anything touching the exterior envelope. We've built our process around exactly that — the board gets its documents, the neighbors get quiet floors, and you get a finished unit on schedule.
The work itself leans high-finish and hard-wearing: large-format porcelain over soundproofing underlayment, kitchens reconfigured around structural columns, baths rebuilt with modern waterproofing, and full repaints. For the townhome and single-family pockets around the golf courses, we add exterior scopes — painting, stucco, pergolas, and patio renovations.
Neighborhoods & Nearby Areas We Serve
Beyond Aventura proper we cover the surrounding northeast corridor: oceanfront and bay-front homes in Golden Beach — where private docks and decks are part of nearly every property — condo renovations along Sunny Isles Beach, and single-family remodels in Highland Lakes.
NOA-Compliant Work in North Miami-Dade
Miami-Dade County wrote the book on hurricane construction — literally. After Hurricane Andrew, the county created the product-approval system that became the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ) provisions of the Florida Building Code. Anything structural we install here — impact openings, roofing systems, screen enclosures, waterfront structures — must carry a current Miami-Dade Notice of Acceptance (NOA), and inspectors check the work against the NOA's engineering details. It's the toughest standard in the country, and it's the only way we build.
